Memorial Day Observance
The Fayette Area Coordinated Transportation (FACT) public transit services as well as all administrative offices will remain closed on Monday, May 27, 2013 in observance of Memorial Day.
Also, the FACT office reported that people seeking Shared Ride, Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP), and other subsidized programs who want to schedule trips for May 25, 26, and 28th should make their reservations with FACT before 2:00 pm on Friday, May 24, 2013.
Pennsylvania 2-1-1 Southwest Goes Big United Way expands Pennsylvania 2-1-1 Southwest, a free hotline for help with human services and community
resources. PA 2-1-1 Southwest is now fully operational and professionally staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week in
Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Fayette and Westmoreland Counties. United Way is working to further expand the
PA 2-1-1 Southwest service area to include Beaver, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Mercer and Washington counties by the end of 2014.
